SnowCMS is in need of some more team members, and of course, one of the requirements is that you are active in the community, just pop in every once in awhile and have something to contribute every now and again.
Here are a few areas we require some people in:
ThemesEven though SnowCMS isn't completely done, we are in need of people who are willing to learn the ins and outs of the theme setup in SnowCMS, and also have an eye to tell developers who to allow the maximum customization of the way things are displayed in the core of SnowCMS so people can tailor it all to their needs, and of course make awesome themes!
PluginsAs I have said before, SnowCMS is nothing without plugins, other than a member system. So we need people who are interested in learning the ins and outs of the API's and tools available to developers. This way they can be of help to other developers to get them going on creating great plugins for the SnowCMS community to enjoy. We also need people to have an eye out on the code as well, to tell us "Hey, you should put a hook there to allow XYZ" or "A filter there" or other things like that to allow the maximum extendability of the system.
TranslatorsCurrently this isn't a very biggy, but soon, it will be. Once SnowCMS starts to come together, we want to be sure to have a huge set of translation available for people to use. So such people will need to be fluent in English and, of course, another language so they can translate text for the system.
System developersSnowCMS used to have 2 developers, Myles and aldo (me), but currently only I (aldo) am developing the system (though getting input and ideas from a few others). It would be nice to some day have more than one developer working on SnowCMS. But of course, I need to be able to trust you with privileges not many others have. So you will need to start on the lower ranks, in the plugin area.
