in line 129 it says

INSERTO INTO `{db->prefix}settings` (`variable`, `value`) VALUES('date_format', '%B %d, %Y'),('time_format', '%I:%M:%S %p'),('datetime_format', '%B %d, %Y, %I:%M:%S %p');

You guys might want to fix that.  Wink
