I guess themes ought to be checked too?

As you should know, plugins will have status (approved, pending, malicious, denied, deprecated, etc) checked before installing them, now that I think about it, themes could be just as dangerous, after all, it is in PHP which would allow code to be executed. Of course, less likely, but if people saw that, it would become more likely.

So yeah, I think I will just make a generic function which gets passed the files name and then the status of the files hash on SnowCMS.com (or other servers, if added) will be returned ;-)
